Ingredients for Baked Potatoes with Red Caviar

  • a few large potatoes (baking and grilling potatoes are best suited)
  • butter
  • sour cream or crème fraîche
  • salt, pepper
  • herbs for decorating the dish
  • the highlight of the recipe – Chum salmon caviar, which perfectly complements the taste and makes the dish truly royal
  • The ideal choice – "Kremlyovskaya" Caviar

Preparation of Baked Potatoes with Red Caviar

  • Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut in half
  • Place a little butter on one half of the potato, season the other half with salt and pepper. Put both halves back together and wrap in aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C until cooked through (approx. 30 minutes)
  • Mix sour cream or crème fraîche with herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Place the sauce on the potato halves and then add the main ingredient: Chum Salmon Caviar
  • Garnish as desired.
