Ingredients for Baked Potatoes with Red Caviar
- a few large potatoes (baking and grilling potatoes are best suited)
- butter
- sour cream or crème fraîche
- salt, pepper
- herbs for decorating the dish

Preparation of Baked Potatoes with Red Caviar
- Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut in half
- Place a little butter on one half of the potato, season the other half with salt and pepper. Put both halves back together and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C until cooked through (approx. 30 minutes)
- Mix sour cream or crème fraîche with herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste
- Place the sauce on the potato halves and then add the main ingredient: Chum Salmon Caviar
- Garnish as desired.
