About us

Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH is an internationally active company specializing in the production and distribution of caviar, fish, and other delicacies. The company is based in Haunetal-Neukirchen. The excellent taste of our products is primarily due to many years of experience in the caviar industry. Worldwide partnerships secure high-quality resources for us, which are processed further in our production facility according to very high-quality standards. Naturally, our production is IFS (International Featured Standards) certified.

Since its founding in 2008, Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH has been developing into an increasingly fast-growing international company, with its products now exported to 20 countries worldwide. On a production area of 2500m², among other things, 160 tons of salmon caviar are processed annually, and various salads or caviar creams are produced. Thanks to the wide range of products and around 30 motivated employees, we have so far been able to meet our customers' expectations to their full satisfaction. This will remain our top priority in the future.
