Shipping policy
We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Thursday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
Deliveries take place on working days (Tuesday to Friday) between 08:00 and 18:00.
All products are dispatched directly from our facility Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH.
Note on the Christmas Season
In November and December, delivery delays may occur due to high demand. We recommend placing orders well in advance. Unfortunately, guaranteed delivery times cannot be provided during this period.
Important Notice Upon Delivery
Please check the completeness and condition of your order on the day of delivery. Claims submitted at a later date cannot be accepted.

The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your parcel.

Payment Methods
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard. Payments are securely processed via Stripe using SSL encryption. Your card details are transmitted in encrypted form and are not stored on our servers.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account. During checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal website and automatically returned once payment is complete. A PayPal account is required for this payment method.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
Pay conveniently with a single tap via Apple Pay or Google Pay. These payment options are available on compatible devices.
Klarna – Buy Now, Pay Later
Receive your goods first and pay within 14–30 days. Payment is processed by Klarna. You will receive an invoice with all payment details by e-mail from Klarna approximately 2 days after delivery. Payment is made to Klarna, not directly to Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH.
Your details will be subject to an identity and credit check by Klarna. If your order is declined by Klarna, you will still be able to choose an alternative payment method.
SEPA Direct Debit
By choosing SEPA Direct Debit, you authorise Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH to collect the purchase amount directly from your bank account via a SEPA Direct Debit mandate. The amount will only be collected once your parcel has been dispatched. You will receive a debit confirmation by e-mail.
- Enter your IBAN during checkout.
- The mandate is valid for 36 months — you will not need to re-enter your bank details for future orders.
- You can save up to five different IBANs for future use.
Prepayment (Bank Transfer)
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details. Please transfer the amount within 7 working days, quoting your order number and name as the payment reference. Once payment has been received, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date.
Please note: prepayment extends the delivery time by 2–5 working days (bank transfer processing time). For faster delivery, we recommend paying by PayPal or credit card.
Orders not paid within 7 working days will be automatically cancelled.
