Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH is seeking a committed and experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) to reinforce our sales team.
✅ Base salary + uncapped performance-based commission ✅ Existing client portfolio from Day 1 – no cold start ✅ Premium product portfolio with strong proprietary brands
📋 Your Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts
- Acquiring new B2B clients and developing new sales markets within the food sector
- Presenting and selling our gourmet product portfolio
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Planning and executing sales campaigns
🎯 Your Qualifications:
- Several years of proven sales experience, ideally in the food industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent German (written and spoken), basic English skills; Russian language skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel regularly for business trips
- Valid Category B driver's license (mandatory)

Production Facility Sanitation Worker (m/f/d)📍 Haunetal | 🕐 Full-time
Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH is looking for a reliable Sanitation Worker (m/f/d) to join our team for the cleaning and maintenance of our production facilities.
✅ Competitive wage: €14.50 – €14.80 gross/hour ✅ Consistent schedule: Monday to Friday (14:00 – 22:00 / Afternoon shift) ✅ Official employment, on-the-job training & workwear provided
📋 Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining production areas and workstations
- Cleaning and servicing production machinery and equipment
- Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the facility
- Carrying out duties in strict compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations
🎯 Your Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Russian
- Reliable, thorough, and conscientious working style
- Good physical stamina
- Willingness to work the late/afternoon shift (14:00 – 22:00)
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or food production is an advantage, but not required
- Strong teamwork abilities

- Fixed Monday–Friday work schedule with no night shifts
