Simple and very delicious recipe for preparing lobster tails from IKRiNKA.
Ingredients for preparing lobster tails:

Lobster tails – 360 g

Butter – 150 g

Garlic – 2 cloves

Herbs (parsley, dill) – to taste

Preparing the lobster tails
Prepare the lobster tails: Use scissors to cut along the top of the shell and carefully pull out the meat. Remove the digestive tract. -
Preparing the garlic herb butter
Mix soft butter (room temperature) with finely chopped garlic and herbs. -
Baking in the oven
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10–12 minutes. -
Final touch
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and brush them with the prepared garlic herb butter. Return them to the oven for another 2 minutes.
