Sturgeon caviar «GOLDEN LINE» in glass IKRiNKA
Our exclusive Russian Osetra caviar is carefully harvested directly from our sturgeon farm. It translates into a dazzling hors d'oeuvre to serve at a fine dinner party—your guests will be impressed. You might want to give this centuries-old delicacy a try because you have seen or read about it. Either way, rest assured our sturgeon species only produces the truest caviar.
The Origin of Sturgeon Roes
The sturgeon species from our farm produce true caviar. Sturgeon is also the name for the twenty-seven species of fish whose roes harvested. They are mainly found in the Caspian Sea, the Northwest Pacific, in big European seas and parts of South Atlantic Regions of North America.
Try out our Osetra Caviar
The caviar of Siberian Sturgeons is quite similar to the Osetra Malossol caviar and best known for its glossy dark appearance. Its taste is a delicate mixture of sweetness with an indulgent, buttery texture with a fruity finish. Due to its pearl-size, this caviar makes for an elegant appetiser stacked on top of a saltless cracker, for example.
