Recipe for preparing lobster tails

Simple and very delicious recipe for preparing lobster tails from IKRiNKA.

Ingredients for preparing lobster tails:

  • Lobster tails – 360 g

  • Salt – to taste

  • Black pepper – to taste

  • Butter – 150 g

  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • Herbs (parsley, dill) – to taste

Recipe for preparing lobster tails:

  1. Preparing the lobster tails
    Prepare the lobster tails: Use scissors to cut along the top of the shell and carefully pull out the meat. Remove the digestive tract.

  2. Preparing the garlic herb butter
    Mix soft butter (room temperature) with finely chopped garlic and herbs.

  3. Baking in the oven
    Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10–12 minutes.

  4. Final touch
    Remove the lobster tails from the oven and brush them with the prepared garlic herb butter. Return them to the oven for another 2 minutes.
