How to cook Green Salad with Smoked Trout

Ingredients: Green Salad with Smoked Trout
- Lettuce 1 piece
- Watercress 400 g
- A salad mix leaves 1 cup
- Smoked Trout 240g
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Onion – 1 piece
For the marinade:
- Sour cream 10% 100 g
- Herbs 25 g
- Horseradish 30 g
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Wash and dry the lettuce
- Fillet the smoked trout, remove bones and cut into large pieces
- Then we prepare the salad dressing: In a small bowl, mix sour cream, finely chopped vegetables, horseradish, and a little salt and pepper
- In a large bowl, mix chopped lettuce, watercress, and a mixture of salad leaves with aromatic dressing with horseradish. Arrange on plates. Top with sliced fish, sprinkle with onions and capers.
