Ingredients: Green Salad with Smoked Trout

  • Lettuce 1 piece
  • Watercress 400 g
  • A salad mix leaves 1 cup
  • Smoked Trout 240g
  • Capers 1 tablespoon
  • Onion – 1 piece

For the marinade:

  • Sour cream 10% 100 g
  • Herbs 25 g
  • Horseradish 30 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the lettuce
  • Fillet the smoked trout, remove bones and cut into large pieces
  • Then we prepare the salad dressing: In a small bowl, mix sour cream, finely chopped vegetables, horseradish, and a little salt and pepper
  • In a large bowl, mix chopped lettuce, watercress, and a mixture of salad leaves with aromatic dressing with horseradish. Arrange on plates. Top with sliced fish, sprinkle with onions and capers.
