A little over 10 years ago, we founded Erste Kaviar Company (EKC) as a family business. Our goal then – as it is today – was to offer first-class caviar at reasonable prices. We consider ourselves caviar enthusiasts, and even at the time of EKC’s founding, we could look back on many years of experience with caviar. This is not just about exclusive sturgeon caviar but also about all the delicious alternatives from salmon or trout.
What began 10 years ago as a family business is today an internationally active company with more than 30 employees. Last year, we produced nearly 200 tons of red and black caviar, as well as creams and salads, across more than 2,500 square meters. Our buyers maintain close contact with the leading quality aquaculture farms in Europe, North America, the Russian Far East, and China. Our products have a loyal following among gourmets around the world, and are also found in specialist shops as well as leading restaurants and hotels.
In the future, we would like to use this space to keep you updated on all the latest from EKC.
