How to Cook Potato Salad with Salmon and Dill
A salad especially for summer.
Ideal companion for BBQ or parties.
Ingredients: Potato Salad with Salmon
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 300 g smoked sockeye salmon or keta salmon
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- Milk
Preparation
- Cook the potatoes, finely chop the dill, cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Mix dill, salmon, and sour cream, season with salt.
- Peel the potatoes while still warm, dice them, and add to the sauce.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Occasionally stir gently and, if necessary, thin it out a bit with milk before serving, as the potatoes absorb all the liquid.
Best served with a light white or rosé wine or a fresh beer.
