Our Caviar SELECTION 25 g uses aquaculture sturgeons from all over the world. Sturgeon roes are perfectly shaped and present a near pitch-black colour. As for its taste, it comes close to the sturgeon caviar of the “PLATINUM LINE”, but it still preserves many special nuances that turn it into a Russian delicacy.
Though the roes are smaller than the one by "GOLDEN LINE" and "PLATINUM LINE", the consistency is smoother. "SELECTION" caviar only comes from large mature sturgeons, which both grants its relatively big size and subtle taste. Due to its uniqueness, this "black caviar" has always been considered a symbol of wealth and prosperity.
