Payment and shipping

We process and ship orders from Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays). All orders placed on our website after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Due to high demand during the holiday season in November and December delivery delays may occur. We strive to process your orders promptly, but cannot guarantee delivery terms during this period. We recommend placing your orders early to minimize potential delays. Our team is working diligently to ensure your shipments are dispatched quickly and smoothly. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery is carried out on working days from Tuesday to Friday from 8.00 till 18.00.

Our product is delivered to you straight from the factory of Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH.

Information from DHL Express

The exact shipping costs to the EU countries is calculated automatically in our web-shop system, based on the DHL and DHL Express rates, delivery addresses and total parcel weight.

You can find out about DHL Express international rates on the website: http://www.dhl.de.

All the other costs such as taxes, customs duty etc. can be calculated when the goods cross the border. You can find information on this on the internet. The European Commission provides an overview on the website: https://ec.europa.eu.

Dear Customers, please check the completeness of the package and the condition of the goods on the day of receipt! We will not be able to accept claims at a later date.

Payment conditions

Prepayment (Vorkasse)

Payment for the order should be transferred to the bank account detailed below.

After the payment arrives on the account, we will inform you about the delivery date per email or phone.

Please do not forget to indicate in the column “Purpose of payment” – the number of your order and the name of the customer.

Orders which are not paid within one month will be cancelled.

For urgent orders we advise you to pay by PayPal or by credit card.

Payment by invoice – PayPal Invoice

If you want to pay by invoice, you will receive the ordered goods first. The invoice has to be paid within 14-30 days after receiving the goods. We work with Klarna invoice, this company takes over the payment for us. Your invoice with the necessary payment data will be sent to you by e-mail from Klarna about 2 days after delivery. Your payment should also be made to Klarna, not directly to Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH. 

Your details (identity and credit check) will be checked by Klarna. If your order is rejected by Klarna, you still have the possibility to choose another form of payment.

Payment by SEPA direct debit

With the SEPA direct debit scheme, you can conveniently pay for your order by having Monolith Caviar & Co. GmbH automatically withdraw the order amount.

By providing your IBAN and bank details, you confirm your agreement to the withdrawal of the full invoice amount.

Direct debit authorization is valid for 36 months, so you don’t have to enter your bank details again for subsequent orders. You can save up to five different IBANs and select them for a new order.

Only when your package is shipped will we collect the open amount from your bank account. You’ll know right away – we’ll send you a confirmation by email.

We use certified SSL encryption for the secure transmission of your data. Your bank, PayPal, and credit card details are safe. In addition, you have an 8-week right of withdrawal, with which you can cancel the direct debit transaction at your bank.
