The sturgeon species living from our farm produce true caviar. Sturgeon is also the name for the twenty-seven species of fish whose roes are being harvested. They are mainly found in the Caspian Sea, the Northwest Pacific, in big European seas and in parts of South Atlantic Regions of North America.
The caviar of Siberian Sturgeons are quite similar to the Osetra Malossol Caviar and best known for its glossy dark appearance. Its taste is a delicate mixture of sweetness with an indulgent buttery texture with a fruity finish. The pearl size of these roes are very small and are perfect for an elegant appetizer.
The glass jars or metal tins are carefully sealed with a luxurious Swarovski crystal which ensures its high-quality and is best served cool with a pearl spoon.
