The Origin of Sturgeon Roes

The sturgeon species from our farm produce true caviar. Sturgeon is also the name for the twenty-seven species of fish whose roes harvested. They are mainly found in the Caspian Sea, the Northwest Pacific, in big European seas and parts of South Atlantic Regions of North America.

The caviar of Siberian Sturgeons is quite similar to the Osetra Malossol caviar and best known for its glossy dark appearance.
