When it comes to fish, pink salmon is the most widespread and fastest-growing in the Pacific Ocean. Invariably, this makes its caviar reasonably affordable, although not possible to sell on large scales. If you are buying caviar for a large family, it is reasonable to choose a large jar. For a small family, though, it is better to pack 95 g or 100 to 200 g.

On the one hand, it is large – up to five millimetres – but on the other, it is the smallest caviar found in Pacific Ocean salmon. Every can of caviar comes with a plastic lid so that you can conveniently close it and put it in the fridge.
